- 1 stick butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1½ cups oatmeal
- 1½ cups flour
- 1½ cups choc chips (semisweet, or whatever you usually like for your cookies)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Mix the wet ingredients together in a bowl.
- Mix in the dry ingredients.
- Spray pan, roll dough into small balls, and place on the pan. (The cookies will not spread out very much on the pan once in the oven, so you can put them fairly close together)
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
Those look good. I wonder if you'll be so kind as to bring me some when you come tonight. I bet you will, you're usually good like that :-) If not though I'll still let you stay. The picture looks really autumnesque though, probably only because of the "Trick OR Treat" sign :-)
ReplyDeletehaha fall-ish / autumn-esque is what I was going for ;) I specifically put them below that sign. I'm glad you noticed. And you were right, I brought you some!
